Reliability, pride in workmanship, and over thirty-five years experience in the field of horticulture, the landscaping component of Konocti Industries Work Services are contracted by private homes and commercial businesses throughout Lake County.

KI Landscaping Crews are comprised of dedicated consumers and a Staff Supervisor who enjoy working outside, and have demonstrated a level of skill consistent with providing quality services in the community. Crew Supervisors attend Landscape Maintenance Training twice a week, which in turn allows them to provide on-the-job training to crew members. All crews are fully outfitted with their own equipment, including lawnmowers, lawn aerators, de-thatchers and edgers.

In addition to all aspects of Ornamental Gardening, KI Work Services Crews provide:

    • Landscape Maintenance
    • Pruning
    • Weed Control
    • Mowing
    • Edging
    • Seasonal clean-up (Fall leaves/spring weeds)

Need to clean out that garage or storage shed? Need someone to make a "dump run"? We take care of those little jobs that many other contractors consider too small.

In addition, Konocti Industries Work Services maintains a daytime Janitorial and Housekeeping Crew. The crew is fully equipped with the highest quality commercial cleaning products, and services include:

    • Stripping and waxing floors
