Konocti Industries offers Supported Employment via work crews, which means you will be working with others in a group led by a qualified and caring crew supervisor (1:3 equals one crew supervisor with three crew members). It is through these work experiences that we assist each individual to achieve their employment goals.

Konocti Industries contracts with private residences and business in Lake and Mendocino Counties in Ground Maintenance and Janitorial fields. All work is performed in the community.

In addition, Konocti Industries can help you try out different work opportunities through the Department of Rehabilitation. These work opportunities give you a picture of your individual skills and preferences. They are called assessments and can lead to individual community employment and follow-along services from a professional job coach to assist in maintaining your employment.

Enhanced Service Option: Tutor: If you are receiving services from our work program and you require focused behavioral assistance, additional support providing 1:1 staffing is available throughout your work day.
